A native of Villié-Morgon in Beaujolais, Jean-Louis
Manoa, also called "the Viking", made
a thousand and one voyages before settling on Mercière
road.
From "Le Relais des Caveaux" owned by
his father, to Chapland's "Aux Pied de Couchon",
with a stint at Mrs. Andrée's "La Sauvagie"
somewhere in between, Jean-Louis satisfied his curiosity
throughout his endless encounters with various personalities,
opinions and precise flavours.
